Vince Carter names the best players he had to go up against in his 22-year-long career

Vince Carter is one of the longest-tenured players in NBA history currently playing in his next season will mark his 22nd season in the NBA. Carter will be one of the rare players who’s career will span through four decades. Even at the age of 42, Vince is still able to put in quality minutes from the bench, and his knowledge about the game is outstanding.

In one of the recent interviews on the Dan Patrick Show, Vince was asked to name some of the best players he faced during his long career, and he did mention the players who are mostly related to those conversations. He said Jordan, Kobe Bryant, and LeBron James are the best players he faced in the last 20 years.

However, Vince made a good point by stressing out the importance of him giving these assessments after his career is finally over. There are still many young and promising players in the league that might eventually become better than some of these three players.

“I did play against Jordan. I did play against Kobe Bryant and LeBron James. I don’t really have an order. I think MJ is there, and then you have Kobe and probably the second-best player, LeBron. It’s hard to pick players for me personally because I am still playing most of these guys. Once I’m done playing, and I can really add current players, I am just going to stick with Mike and then Kobe.”
