Shaquille O’Neal plans to help Kobe Bryant’s kids and other families that lost someone in the helicopter crash

Shaquille O’ Neal organized a massive even called Big Game Weekend Party in Miami ahead of Super Bowl LIV. At the event, he spoke with Entertainment Tonight how all the money raised will be directed to the MambaOnThree Fund. This fund was created for the sole purpose of helping families affected by the tragic helicopter accident in which Kobe Bryant, his daughter Gianna and seven other people lost their lives.

Shaq said he would forever be grateful for having Kobe in his life and hopes to see him one day wherever they meet. Despite being troubled because of the fact, he lost a friend Shaq knows that whenever they met, Kobe will probably mention he still has more rings than Shaq.

“When I go to his Hall of Fame, I want to say congratulations. When I go to his statue, I want to say congratulations. Next time I see him I want him to go haha I got five, you got four.”

The dynamic duo won 3 championships in four NBA finals appearances, and that will forever be remembered as an accomplishment a few players did. When they ruled the basketball world, they were known as Kobe & Shaq, which in Shaq’s mind is a big sign of respect.

“The key thing was respect, and we won three out of four, and that will forever be linked. Say, Kobe; you gotta say Shaq, say Shaq you gotta say, Kobe. We will never ever let him be forgotten.”

Shaq is known as someone who is incredibly generous and often looks after random people he meets. He sent a similar message for three Kobe Bryant’s daughters, who will now, unfortunately, grow up without a father. He also said he plans to be there for the families of all the other victims as well.

“I’m going to take care of those families. Babies don’t call me uncle Shaq for no reason. They can call me up, I’m not hard to find, and I will do whatever ya’ll need. “
