Shaquille O’Neal and Damian Lillard engage in a rap battle after releasing diss tracks against each other

Damian Lillard and Shaquille O’ Neal engaged in a “mini conflict” releasing diss tracks after Damian Lillard said he raps better than Shaq. In the Joe Budden Podcast, Lillard said he is a better rapper which obviously irritated Shaq who somewhat had a rapping career.

“I think I rap better than Shaq and I’ve heard Shaq’s stuff. People weren’t looking at it like he’s a real rapper. It was like, ‘That’s Shaq rapping.’ So, of course, it was a big deal.”

Shaq didn’t take kindly of these comments and he responded with a Damian Lillard diss track in which he among many other things said Lillard will never be better than Russell Westbrook or Stephen Curry.

Earlier today, Damian Lillard responded with his own diss track “Reign Reign Go Away” he published on his official Sound Cloud profile in which he clowns Shaq’s movie career and saying it was Kobe who won him all those championships with the Lakers.

It will be interesting to see the dynamic of this “rap rivalry” between Shaq and Lillard and if Shaq will come up with another diss track for Lillard.
