The Cavs are off to a really bad start in the NBA!
They are 1-10 to start the season, even though most people didn’t expect that a team that still features a lot of players who played in the NBA finals last season would be that much worse.
On the topic of Cavs poor start, Paul Pierce made a very strong but foolish statement that a college team of Duke University would actually have a chance to beat the Cavs. Pierce who is a Boston Celtics legends, was highly impressed with what he saw in Duke’s blowout win against Kentucky.

“Y’all see that Duke game last night?”
Pierce asked Ben Axelrod of WKYC3.
“They could beat Cleveland—you heard it here first.”
And don’t get me wrong, Duke is a really good college team with a couple of potential All-Star players in the NBA. The likes of Zion Williamson and R.J. Barrett are already showing a lot of potential but there is no chance they would be able to compete against a not very good Cavs team.
The Cavs will however need to find a solution to many of their problems. Kevin Love has played in only 4 games this season and his impact is missing, but there are a whole lot of other issues in the organisation that will need to be resolved in a timely matter.
