More pictures of former NBA players Delonte West resurfaced in the recent few weeks, portraying him in a terrible physical and mental shape. After his NBA career took a wrong turn, his life crumbled, and he ended up living on the streets of Dallas. Life wasn't too kind for Delonte; however, with the power of social media, numerous people reacted and wanted to help Delonte in any way they can.

The most concrete offer to help came from none other than Dallas Mavericks owner, Mark Cuban, who offered to move Delonte from the streets and pay for his rehab. He recently posted a photo on his Twitter account, spending time with Delonte going on a horse-ride with him, which is a part of his therapy process.

Ladies & Gentlemen, I present to you, Delonte West . A long, long , long way to go, but he has taken the first steps and shared these with all of us as a thank you for the love and support.

Delonte still has a long way to get back on his feet, but this photo is a good sign that better things are yet to come for the former NBA player. Cuban committed that he will help him out in any way he can, and it's great to see he kept his word and did something positive to change his life, hopefully guiding him in the right direction.
