Witnesses confirm Gordon punched his son in the head with a closed fist even though there was a restraining order against Gordon. It's still unclear how the child ended up in his company in the first place. Gordon is currently being processed at the Port Authority police department while his son was taken away by his aunt to the nearby hospital to get checked out.

This is not his first problem with the law

Unfortunately, this is not Gordon's first trouble with the law since he was already arrested in 2017 for pulling the fire alarms in his apartment building. In another incident that happened not even half a year later, he was arrested for getting into a fight with a man inside his apartment.

It will be interesting to see how the legal authorities handle this incident considering that he has now been in trouble with the law multiple times, with this recent incident being the worst since the law doesn't have much sensibility for people who physically assault their own children.
