Draymond Green reveals he spent the All-Star break in Cabo with LeBron James

Who would have thought that LeBron James and Draymond Green would be best pals in the year 2022? It seems like it was just yesterday when these two were going at it, trash-talking and taking shots at each other in the Finals. The beef between James and Green was indeed a storyline during those days.

But it seems team Klutch is more important than their actual NBA teams. Their history may have helped both James and Green to form a bond that feels unbreakable today. These two have become so close that they both spent their All-Star break this season vacationing at a beautiful place in Cabo.

Working while on vacation

On Draymond Green's latest podcast episode, the Golden State Warrior revealed that he was amazed at how James works out and takes care of his body even while on vacation. Green said that LeBron's workout regimen, dedication, and work ethic are some of the reasons why he continues to play at such a high level.

"It's insane that LeBron continues to produce at the level he is producing in his 19th season in the NBA. It's funny because we were just in Cabo weeks ago for All-Star break. I walked into Bron's crib and he's using this electronical type of machine on his quad. And I said to him right then 'Dude you just don't stop' and he's like 'Man, gotta do it. Gotta get the quad fine you know I had this issue.' So I was just like 'Dude, you just never stop. Like there's always something with you in regards to your body and the game. It's mind blowing to me'"

James' work ethic is not a shocker to anyone. It's the reason why he's had this much success and could go down as arguably the best basketball player in basketball history. But, as Green said, it's mind-blowing how the four-time champion continues to play at such a high level in his 19th season.

A bond like no other

From all the tweets to each other to vacationing together, it seems like James and Green have a wholesome relationship now. They probably will never team up (keep in mind they're both Kluth clients), but it's nice to see these two players chop it up and share their insights about the game from time to time. Just look at their recent exchange on Twitter.

Hopefully, one day, Green will bring in James on his podcast. That's going to be one hell of an episode.
