Donald Trump tells LeBron James he can join his basketball team if he becomes a woman

Will LeBron respond this time?

LeBron James and Donald Trump

The former president of the United States of America, Donald Trump, may not be at the helm of the country anymore, but that is not stopping him from organizing rallies and bringing big crowds, all while dissing anyone he doesn't like. One of his main targets, LeBron James, was on the repertoire again recently.

The LBJ-Trump rivalry

LeBron is definitely the most hated player in the NBA. A lot of it is because of his basketball career, but over the past years, James has become very active and vocal regarding politics and social justice. That has brought a lot of criticism on LeBron, whose political stance doesn't sit well with some of the community and especially Trump and his supporters.

That's why LeBron actively advocated for Joe Biden in the past election, getting Trump fired up and ready to fire shots. We have heard Trump's son call LeBron the B-word, and Donald often voice his dislike for LeBron, but in his latest rally, the former president took it a step further.

While ranting about transgender athletes in sports and unfair advantages that have been recently trending in society, Donald suggested LeBron can undergo a sex change and become a woman if he wants to play on his team:

"I'll say this to LeBron James who I don't like very much. I'll say, 'LeBron, did you ever have thoughts about going woman? Because if you did I'd love to have you on my basketball team.'"

Comical, direct, and harsh like always, Donald Trump stirred up the pot again, and it's only a question of time when LeBron will have enough and respond. It's pretty crazy to hear the former president of the country go after one of the most influential and most prominent athletes in the world in such a manner, no matter what his reputation is.

Even though he is sitting at home with nothing to do, with his Lakers out of the playoffs, I'm pretty sure LeBron will choose not to respond like always and keep the feud one-sided. After 20 years in the spotlight, James has become accustomed to getting dissed and blasted by anyone, even former presidents.
