Madonna and Dennis Rodman

Dennis Rodman is remembered in the NBA world as one of the best defensive players, winners, and hardest workers the league has ever seen. But what made Dennis stand out even more, was his unique and eccentric personality that led to an eventful off-court life and crazy stories, mostly involving women.

The NBA lifestyle

Being such a recognizable individual, next to winning five titles, playing in two All-Stars games, grabbing seven rebounding championships, winning two DPOY awards, and more brought a lot of money and fame to Rodman. As seen in this old-school video, the celebrity status and look made Rodman pretty popular around the ladies.

Dennis didn't have any problem getting women, even some of the most famous ones. But his most memorable fling definitely happened in the mid-'90s, when Dennis got linked with the famous pop star Madonna.

The two were a real celebrity power couple of the 90s full of controversies, and some of the stories that came out of that relationship are still talked about to this day. In a particular interview, Rodman actually revealed how his first night with Madonna happened:

"As I walked, hit the door. I heard this little voice said: 'Dennis, where you going?' I'm like: 'Going in here!' And I go in here, work out and sleep. 'No you're not. You're coming in here.' I'm like: 'Oh god.'.. I'm saying I wasn't the only one."

We're not entirely sure if Dennis meant there were more people in that room or if he felt he was just one of the many that entered that situation with Madonna, but the story is crazy either way. Dennis also once told the story of getting offered a large chunk of money to give her a baby:

"She (Madonna) said, 'Dennis, you know that I'm ovulating.' I said, 'What is that?' I was trying to f*** with her, you know? I said, 'I'll be there in five hours. She asked me that if I got her pregnant, she'd pay me $20 million. That's if the child was born."

Well, that's a solid payday for not too much work, but Rodman didn't manage to get it done as said by him. Too bad for him, as adding $20 million to the $27 million he earned from his playing days would have been a nice bonus. Ironically, Madonna has six children, and Dennis has three kids, but none of them are mutual.
