Former NBA player and three-time dunk contest champion Nate Robinson made his debut in a boxing match, but it didn’t end so well for him. In a fight that happened right before the main event, which was the fight between Mike Tyson vs. Roy Jones Jr., Robinson squared off against a famous Youtuber Jake Paul. Paul has a bit more experience in these types of fights because of his three former matches, mostly against other celebrities.
It was evident from the early start of the match that Robinson doesn’t belong there, and it was just a matter of time before Paul would knock him out, which eventually happened at the end of the second round.
This match produced a lot of hype, and other NBA stars like Stephen Curry commented on the fight via Twitter, pretty much making fun of Robinson and his attempts in the ring.
Damn everybody gone be Trynna square up with hoopers now ππππππ

On the other hand, Paul paid respect for Robinson and said he was stronger than he anticipated. He also mentioned he plans to have more boxing matches in the near future.
He was better than I expected; he is incredibly strong. His basketball career was amazing, and you need to have balls to get into a ring like that; not a lot of people can do that.
