NBA world reacts to Team USA gold

Bejing, London, Rio, and now Tokyo. Team USA won its fourth consecutive Olympic gold medal to continue the work the Redeem Team started in China in 2008 - to re-establish the United States as the world's undisputed basketball force. The 2021 Tokyo team will go down in history as KD & the crew. Despite all the superstars, every time team USA was in trouble, Durant showed up and saved the day.

The game seemed secured several times in the second half, but the French kept coming back and were only down three points with 10.2 seconds to go in the game. No surprise to anyone, Kevin Durant showed up and iced the game to bring home the gold. As always, a lot of basketball personalities went to social media to congratulate the team and share their pride.
