Michael Jordan on LeBron James: "I'm a fan of his, and I love watching him play"

Michael Jordan joined NBA commissioner Adam Silver and Milwaukee Bucks owner Marc Lasry at a press conference ahead of the Hornets vs. Bucks game in France. Jordan talked about a few topics, but one of the reporters asked about the legacy LeBron built over the years, especially since LeBron will soon pass Kobe Bryant and become the third-best scorer in NBA history.

Jordan said these comparisons are always hard simply because players play in different eras, which means the game, the rules, and everything that goes along with it is different from the start. Jordan thinks LeBron is a great player, and he did say he is a big fan of everything he accomplished so far in his career.

"We are playing in different eras, and he is an unbelievable player. He is one of the best players in the world if not the best player in the world. I know it's a natural tendency to compare eras to eras, and it's going to continue to happen. I'm a fan of his, and I love watching him play, but as you can see, our league is starting to expand on very talented players. I think he made his mark and will continue to do so over a period of time. But when you start the comparisons, I think it is what it is, and it's just a standard of measurement. I take it with a grain of salt, and he is a great basketball player without a doubt."
