Michael Jordan: "6 Rings Are More Impressive Than James Harden’s and Russell Westbrook’s Streaks"

Heading into the All-Star weekend in Charlotte, the owner of the Charlotte Hornets and possibly the greatest player ever Michael Jordan was answering a few questions about the event and promoting it, but as it is MJ he had to add a bit of his competitive flare into his answers.

He was talking about how it is going to be different for him this time, as he is not the player and doesn’t just have to show up to play, but has to take care that the weekend goes well, he compared the defense that was being played in his and the modern era, added some tips for his player Miles Bridges in the Dunk Contest and praised Kemba Walker for representing the city.

But then he was asked a question about some of the stars of today that we will see in Charlotte and their impressive current streaks, alluding to James Harden with him scoring at least 30 points for the 30th straight game, and Russell Westbrook with his 10 consecutive games with a triple-double.

He gave them their credit.

But he still had to poke at them and add with a smile.

“Which is harder, from a player standpoint? Six championships, by all means.”

This is a classic representation of Jordan competitive edge even in his retired days. He is right because his 6 championships with the Bulls have put him at the top of the NBA world, as he is widely still considered the GOAT and is making sure that everybody still remembers what he did back in his day.
