Kevin Durant named the Top 5 players he's played with

Kevin Durant is one of the most unstoppable and greatest players we have seen in the history of the NBA, but to be fair, he has had a fair share of amazing teammates by his side for the better part of his career. It would be hard to narrow it down to the best five, but that is precisely what KD did. Durant made a guest appearance on the Million Dollaz Worth of Game podcast and named the five best players he's ever played with in his illustrious 14-year career so far. The list will surprise you at first:

"Kyrie [Irving], James [Harden], Steph [ Curry], Klay [Thompson] and imma go with Serge Ibaka."

Everything with that list was going as expected, but that last name shocked everyone, including the hosts who thought KD left out Russell Westbrook because of their history and beef. But it would just turn out that KD completely forgot about him, as he updated the list by removing Ibaka and adding Westbrook:

"I forgot somebody?... Oh, s--t damn I am trippin' Russ yeah. I did forget about Russ. Russ was definitely top 5... I'm glad you called me out on that. Matter of fact, I would put Russ fourth and put Klay fifth, so West before Klay."

Now the list seems complete. KD obviously went first with his current teammates in Kyrie and Harden. Then he named the Splash Brothers, with which he won his two championships. And in the end, surprisingly, he put a Thunder teammate on, and it wasn't Westbrook. But as he corrected himself shortly after, no harm is done.

But still, it's weird to see Durant didn't remember his best teammate from the start of his career, with which he played for long eight years. A player like Westbrook that used to be his brother for life. Was it a coincidence or not is up in the air. But from that list and all the great players that didn't make his top five, like Serge Ibaka, Draymond Green, and Andre Iguodala, you can see KD played and is playing with some tough players. It looks like he isn't planning on stopping with just two championships. Hopefully, he can stay healthy enough to get a chance for more playoff runs.
