Gilbert Arenas puts up $100,000 for a shootout with Swaggy P

Gilbert-Arenas-Nick-Young

If you looked for a complete opposite of Kwahi Leonard in the NBA universe, you would land on Gilbert Arenas. One of the most outspoken people in the NBA, Arenas never shied away from confrontation or speaking what's on his mind. He even went so far to pull a gun in the locker room during his career. The latest episode of The Arenas Show involves Gilbert, $100,000 and Nick young a.k.a. Swaggy P.

On September 4th Nick Young was featured in a video where he challenges Arenas to a shootout. "Anyplace, anytime, name your price. He's old has been, OK. Probably on your couch right now thinking of the way to sabotage this, or something. You don't want any of these problems. I'm not a rookie no more, OK...and you not in the league no more. ... He's just like an Instagram model now." Quite the words from Swaggy P.

It didn't take long for Arenas to respond. Arenas showed up to the gym with a $100,000, ready to put his money where his mouth is. "I ain't got time, I ain't playin' with this man. 'Bout to come in here and whoop that ass, that's what I'm about to do." Arenas proceeded to make 95 out of 100 shots, almost beating his personal best of 96 out of 100. "I almost beat my old record of 96. I’ve been sitting on the couch watching Netflix for the last m************ four years. And I come out and make 95 out of 100. Let me go back to the couch. They just put ‘Black Panther’ on Netflix."
