Embiid has a backup career

The best social media presence in the NBA is without a doubt Joel Embiid. If you have to follow only one person, it has to be JoJo. His personality is also present on the court, trash talking and annoying his opponents then working the crowd. A showman who loves the spotlight, NBA's no.1 entertainer.

The pranking started immediately upon his arrival in the NBA when he went along with his teammates' assumptions that because he was from Africa he hunted gazelles and lions walked around his neighbourhood. We won't get into the implications for the educational system in the USA on this one, but let's all agree that it's not good. Just to make sure you understand, here is a photo of Embiids hometown. There's buildings, proper roads, cars, the whole shabang. Notably, no lions walking around.

His latest performance comes from an Ed Sheeran concert. Embiid obviously an emotional guy (Rihanna will regret that one for a long time), gave his best following Ed during the concert. Let's just say we hope his basketball career works out because signing...it's not good people. The most relatable part is his humming when he doesn't know the lyrics. We have all done it!

Just being in that locker room has to be a top 3 reason to sign with the 76ers. The top two being playing with Embiid and Simmons. If they win a championship and he grabs the mic, let's all hope he is about to do a short stand-up act. Actually, that could be a back-up career for him.
