The New York Knicks are dead last in the eastern conference and have been by far the worst team in the NBA for a couple of weeks now. Well, you can definitely say they have been bad for years now but this season has been catastrophic and the only good thing that can come out of this season is a high pick in the upcoming draft.

Charles Oakley who is a New York Knicks legend and one of the fiercest players to ever lace them up has been in direct conflict with the Knicks management for quite some time and especially with their owner James Dolan.

In a recent interview with The Athletic, Charles Oakley roasted his former team saying the Nets have become the best team in New York and he especially praised the work their new GM Sean Marks has done for the team with his knowledge and experience.

Charles Oakley also said the Nets also have great chance to sign two all-stars next summer and he thinks that might be either KD or Kyrie or Kyrie and Kawhi who will all be free agents after this season is over.

“If you want to be in New York, look at the Nets. Sean Marks has done a great job. The Nets have better pieces. You get Kyrie and K.D. or Kyrie and Kawhi and you have something. They have nothing bad going on with them."
