Brian Scalabrine destroys a trash-talking high-school kid in a 1-on-1 matchup

Former NBA player Brian Scalabrine also known as White Mamba is somewhat an NBA legend but not because of his incredible basketball skills, but because of a great personality and being a great teammate on every team he played for in his career. Fans always made fun of Scalabrine, saying he doesn't deserve to be in the NBA even though he played for 11 years in the league, which is definitely a big success when you consider how competitive the league really is. People don't realize that the NBA's worst player is a great basketball player, and you can't cheat your way into the NBA being a lousy and unreliable athlete.

A few days ago, a high-school player challenged Scalabrine on a 1-on-1 matchup, thinking he has what it takes to beat a retired NBA player. It didn't take long for him to realize that Scalabrine is still way too dominant despite being retired almost 10 years and still keeping himself in moderate conditioning. There was a lot of trash-talking from this young athlete, but he couldn't back it up and lost the game 11-0.

That was also a great lesson for the youngster not to judge a book by its covers since Scalabrine still has the moves and can shot the ball. Even though he's been retired for years now, the skillset and the talent are still there.
