The Boston Celtics had a chance to take over the lead in the series against the Bucks last night on their home court. Unfortunately for them, the Bucks continued where they left off in game 2 and secured a much-needed win in Boston and regained the advantage in this playoff series.

The Celtics started off the game really good but slowed down in the second half when Bucks slowly but surely took control of the game and eventually showed why they were the best in the regular season. As usual, it was Giannis who led the way for the Bucks but the team got some solid contributions from other players as well.

On the other hand, Kyrie Irving who was once again the best player for the Celtics said after the game that free throws the Bucks and especially Giannis had was a crucial aspect of last night’s game and their win. To put things into perspective Giannis had 22 free throw attempts last night alone and the Bucks as a team 36 attempts.

“It’s inevitable. A guy comes down six times in a row and gets free throws. What are you really going to do and it’s really slowing the game down so the run you were hoping to make in a quarter like that won’t happen? He shot 22 on the game. It’s getting ridiculous at this point. It’s slowing the f—in game down.”

Celtics will have another chance to redeem themselves against the Bucks on Monday in front of their home crowd. This will be a must win game for them because if they don’t deliver their playoff run this season might end unexpectedly sooner then everybody thought it would.
